Official Statement Regarding Impersonation of a Company Employee on the Platform X (formerly Twitter)

Ventech China就近期发现X（原Twitter）平台上出现第三方冒充我司员工账号一事，特此发表以下严正声明。

Ventech China hereby issues this formal statement regarding the recent discovery of an account impersonating a member of our company on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

我司近期获悉，一个名为 @Qin_Chen_China 的账号正在X平台上冒充我司行政总监陈沁（Qin Chen）女士的身份，并以我司及陈沁女士的名义主动联系第三方。我司在此郑重声明，该账号与我司及陈沁女士毫无关联，我司及陈沁女士从未授权或认可该账号的任何行为。如任何人曾收到来自上述账号的消息，请注意相关通讯并非来自我司或陈沁女士。

We have been made aware that an account operating as @Qin_Chen_China is impersonating Ms. Qin Chen, Administrative Director of Ventech China, on platform X and has been proactively contacting third parties in the name of our company and Ms. Qin Chen. We hereby declare that this account has no affiliation with Ventech China or Ms. Qin Chen, and we have never authorised or endorsed any actions taken by this account. If you have received messages from the aforementioned account, please be advised that such messages did not originate from Ventech China or Ms. Qin Chen.

该账号所发表的一切言论、所作出的一切承诺及所进行的一切通讯（无论是在本声明作出之前或之后），均与我司及陈沁女士无关，我司及陈沁女士对此不承担任何法律或道义责任。

All statements made, commitments given, and communications conducted by this account, whether before or after the issuance of this statement, are entirely unrelated to Ventech China and Ms. Qin Chen. We bear no legal or moral responsibility for any of its activities.

我司及陈沁女士保留向X平台申诉、以及向相关人员就冒充及欺诈行为依法追究法律责任的一切权利。

Ventech China and Ms. Qin Chen reserve all rights to file a complaint with platform X and to take legal action against the individuals responsible for such impersonation and fraudulent conduct in accordance with applicable laws.

若您在任何社交媒体上收到以我司或我司员工名义发起的联系，无论对方账号是否经过平台认证，均请务必仔细甄别身份。如对相关信息存疑，可通过我司官方网站发布的通知与联系方式与我司核实，谨防受骗。

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent our company or our employees on any social media platform, regardless of whether the account is verified by the platform, please carefully verify their identity. If you have any doubts about the information, you may contact us for confirmation through the official contact information and announcements published on our official website to avoid being deceived.
