Ventech China’s A round portfolio company Summer Farm announced the completion of several hundred millions of RMB in Series C financing. This round of financing is led by C Capital, co-invested by Chengwei Capital, Pernod Ricard’s Chuangxianghuanju Investment, and Toutoushidao Capital.  This is the second financing completed by Summer Farm in half a year. Summer Farm completed a series B financing in the first half of the year.

Summer Farm has gradually completed its strategy of nationwide deployment this year, expanding from 15 cities at the beginning of the year to 86 cities across the country. In the future, Summer Farm will further improve the real-time cold chain service system, through information intelligent tools to achieve planting control from the production area, distribution channelmanagement,high-tech post-harvest preservation technology, and next day deliverymanagement. Tooptimize the graded circulation of planting in the production area, reduces the loss of circulation of the whole industry, and ensures the freshness and immediacy of delivery to the store. At the same time, the end-to-end system realizes the monitoring and traceability of food safety.
